Return policy

  • This policy defines the procedures followed in the “66 Design” store when returning products.
  • You can return or exchange products within (15) days from the date of receipt.
  • We accept the return or exchange of products in the following cases:
  • If the buyer receives a wrong product or has a defect or manufacturing defects.
  • If the buyer receives a product that does not conform to the specifications or the images shown.
  • If the buyer receives a defective product or in the case of obvious damage as a result of shipping and delivery.
  • If the buyer receives a product of unsatisfactory quality.
  • The following conditions must be met to complete the return or exchange process:
  • The product must be in its original packaging and include all accessories.
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as the original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it upon purchase.
  • The product should have price tags and code data (SKU – if any).
    Attach the purchase invoice with the returned product.
  • The product purchased during discounts or offers is not exchanged.
  • We do not accept returns or exchange requests in the following cases:
  • The product that has been damaged due to misuse, such as scratches, or malfunctions caused by using the wrong voltage.
  • The product that lost one of its parts (such as the user manual and accessories).
  • The product is to be returned after the specified recall period has passed.
  • Failure to match the serial numbers of the product, the original carton, the colors, or any other appearance compared to the product when it was received during the purchase process and as written in the purchase invoice.
  • There are non-returnable products, for example:
  • Products that are made just for you.

Refund policy

  • If you cancel the order before the order is processed, you will receive a full refund. For delivered products, we will refund the product value excluding delivery charges.
  • The refund process begins after the approval of the returned product’s compliance with the terms of return, and we will refund the amount to the same method that you used for payment within (30) working days, according to the credit card issuing bank.
  • In the event of a delayed refund, you must first verify your bank account, then contact your credit card issuing bank, as it may take some time before the amount is officially posted.
  • Accuracy, errors, and control
  • The information contained in the store or products may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions with respect to content, descriptions, prices, or other matters. “66 Design” store reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
  • 66 Design reserves – at its absolute discretion – the right to monitor the service to determine the extent of compliance with the terms, policies, and operating rules of the “66 Design” store.
  • 66 Design the right to remove any content that it may find violates these Terms, is illegal or objectionable, or violates the obligations of the licensors of the store.
